Teak carpet for boats
Our teak boat carpet has been designed with a unique maritime look. The teak boat carpet is therefore ideal for use on boats and any other applications seeking this unique look.
It is Marine grade with 100% solution dyed polypropylene BCF fibres – making it ideal for wet environments. Its superior tufting technique and built in backing allows for sound absorption.
Teak marine carpet uses the highest grade UV resisters. It also has water resistant fibres which, combined with a waterproof Aquabac backing ensures a large range of applications and sustainable long longevity. It allows water to simply flow away rather than rotting when saturated. It is also salt and chlorine resistant and very easy to clean with a hose and brush or a hoover.
The tufted manufacture of our teak effect carpet ensures it is soft underfoot and offers comfort, without the synthetic plastic feel you find with some other outdoor carpets. Even over time, it’s designed to stay that way.
We can offer a range of colours with the four most popular being – Teak carpet with cream caulking, Teak carpet with black caulking and Navy carpet with cream caulking & silver carpet with black caulking. Please see the colour, below.
Our teak carpets are manufactured in a 2 meter and 4 meter wide roll.
We can provide our fully fitted service whereby if your boat is within our serviced area, we will come and quote/template for your new carpets and once made, we will then fit them for you also. This is our premium service and most popular as it ensures for accurate measurements and fitting.
Alternatively, if your boat is located elsewhere in the UK, we can make your new carpets either from a template you supply us with or your old boat carpets. We can then post your new carpets out to you once ready and can include fixing materials.
